When your product has left our distribution centres, a confirmation email would be sent to you with your tracking number in the email. In the event that you do not receive a direct link for you to access your tracking status, you may click HERE.

You should see tracking events within 48 - 72 hours after you have received your tracking number/ID. The reason for the lag is that in most cases, the first tracking event shows up only when the shipment had been handed over to us.
Please note that tracking information would be displayed after 2 - 5 days upon receiving the information from the courier companies.
If it's your first attempt at tracking your order(s), it may take a few days for us to to retrieve the information from the carrier. Therefore, if you're unable to get any information, please try again in 1 - 2 days.
There are 2 common reasons for this to had happened. Either the shipping address you provided was incorrect, or you were of absence at the time the packet was attempted to deliver.
You could follow the these steps:
Step 1: Contact your nearest post office and provide them your ID card or tracking number to find out its status. Or click on the box 'HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER' above and follow its details.
Step 2: If you were unable to find anything, please contact our Customer Care Team by sending an email to CS@thetrendylab.com and provide us with the shipping address you had used for your order.
Step 3: In the event where the shipping address you had provided was incorrect, we would not be able to take any responsbility for it as we had shipped it out to the address provided. In this situation, a replacement would incur extra fees.
Otherwise, we are willing to send you a replacement. However, if the second package is not able to reach to you as well, we would have to apologise as we would not longer be able to help you out on this.
