IS MY PRIVACY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION SECURE ON YOUR WEBSITE?

Your payment is processed through the payment gateways Paypal and Stripe.

Paypal is used by companies such as eBay, Asos, Barnes & Nobles, Home Depot, Abercrombie & Fitch, and many more.

Stripe is used by companies such as Adidas, Under Armour, Target, Grabtaxi, Slack, and many more.

Note:Through payment gateways, your credit and debit card details will not be stored on our server ever.

Our website address is 100% secured. If you look at our URL on your website address bar, you'll notice 2 things.

1. The website is https://www.thetrendylab.com/. The (s) in https means that the site has been encrypted, authenticated and is secured

2. A padlock next to the word secure. The padlock ensures that you are on a real site and not on a scam site. It also verifies that your visit to our website has been encrypted.

PAYMENTS AND ORDERS

We accept payments through the payment gateways Paypal and Stripe.

If you did not receive an email from The Trendy Lab within a few hours of placing your order, please check your Spam folder. Alternatively, the email address that you had provided previously might be spelled incorrectly.

We understand that this could happen. The good news is that you can use your code for your next order. Orders that have been placed can't be changed.

We process orders on a daily basis, however sometimes due to an overwhelming amount of orders coming in, your order could take up to 5 business days to be processed.

Your order will be shipped once the order has been processed. You could refer to our shipping FAQs segment for more details.

There are several reasons why your order may have been delayed.

In some cases, our Customer Protection Team may hold orders that run the risk of being fraudulent or that need additional review or verification to protect our customers. When this happens, our Customer Care Team will reach out to you directly if your order will be delayed due to it being reviewed.

In some cases, we may just run out of a hot item that is expected to be back in stock within 3 business days. Rather than canceling your order, it will be held until the item is back in stock and we are able to fulfill the order. When this happens, our Customer Care Team will send you an email notifying you of the delay.

If your credit card is in a currency other than US Dollars, you may be charged at a different exchange rate than what is quoted on our website. You may also be subjected to a foreign currency transaction fee. These fees are determined by your bank's pricing and transaction fee policies. We are not responsible for the exchange rate of any charges your bank or issuing credit card company may charge you. For further details of transaction fees, please contact your bank.

Our store prices are shown in your local currency, but in USD when you checkout. All transactions will be handled in USD through Paypal or Stripe at the checkout page.

It is the customer's responsbility to check your local postal regulations for restricted items, as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific countries.

Import taxes, duties and related custom fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination.

Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by us here at The Trendy Lab. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

In case of providing us an incorrect shipping address, you should contact us immediately by sending an email to CS@thetrendylab.com and provide us with your correct address. We will check if we are able to change it for you.

If you order had been processed or shipped out, we are really sorry, but we're unfortunately no longer able to change it for you nor would we be able to re-send you your ordered items without any additional incurred fees

* Packages can be shipped to mainland France with zip codes that start with 01 to 95. However, packages cannot currently be shipped to overseas territories, including Corsica, Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Reunion, St. Pierre and Miquelon and Mayotte.

** Spain is currently undergoing a trial run and is not available in all cities just yet.

*** Packages can be shipped to mainland UK as well as the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.

You would receive a confirmation email when your product has been distributed from our distribution centers. For more information, check out our tracking FAQS segment.

TRACKING

When your product has left our distribution centers, a confirmation email would be sent to you with your tracking number in the email. In the event that you do not receive a direct link for you to access your tracking status, you may click HERE.

Alternatively, you could also drop our customer care team an email at CS@thetrendylab.com

There are 2 common reasons for to happen. Either the shipping address you provided was incorrect, or you were of absence at the time the packet was attempted to deliver.

You could follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact your nearest post office and provide them your ID card or tracking number to find out its status. Or click on the box 'HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER' above and follow its details.

Step 2: If you were unable to find anything, please contact our Customer Care Team by sending an email to CS@thetrendylab.com and provide us with the shipping address you had used for your order.

Step 3: In the event where the shipping address you had provided was incorrect, we would not be able to take any responsibility for it as we had shipped it out to the address provided. In this situation, a replacement would incur extra fees.

Otherwise, we are willing to send you a replacement. However, if the second package is not able to reach to you as well, we would have to apologise as we would no longer be able to help you out on this.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

If you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days from your received items. Please provide us with your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review your return request and if the request is approved, you will receive further instructions through email.

Note: Please note that all returns must be in original condition with packaging intact.

At The Trendy Lab, we always do our best to bring quality products to customers. However, there are factors that may affect negatively to a product's quality. Mainly during the shipping process, the package may not be handled well during its exchange from customs to customs.

If you do receive a defective/damaged item, please drop us an email at CS@thetrendylab.com within 5 days from receiving your order. Our Customer Care Team would further discuss on how we can potentially resolve the issue together if the fault occurred was still within our premises.

Note: Please do include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package.

All shipping fees and other miscellaneous and administrative fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Please give us up to 14 business days from the day we accepted your request for our Customer Care Team to process your return. A confirmation email will be sent to you once your return has been processed.

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, your refund would be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-14 business days of receipt of the returned item(s) or successful cancellation request.
